Amila Singhvi, Chairperson

Mrs Amila Singhvi is a successful entrepreneur, incubator and founder with over 45 years of business experience. She is a recipient of various awards including President’s Award for Business Excellence, ‘Outstanding Business Woman Award’ from PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has been adjudged to be among the top 20 leading entrepreneurs of New Delhi, India by the Hindustan Times.

Mrs Singhvi holds a Bachelors Degree in Science and a Law Graduate Degree from University of Bombay, India.

Anurag Halakhandi, Director

Mr Anurag Halakhandi holds a Masters in Business Administration in General Management from BK School of Business Management, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He has expertise in the field of marketing, possessing extensive working experience of over 30 years. He has been instrumental in conducting various road shows and investor presentations.

Rishabh Singhvi, CEO and Executive Director

Mr Rishabh Singhvi is a qualified and experienced professional with over 20 years of management experience in India and overseas in finance, marketing and operations. He has raised private equity investment as an entrepreneur. A SEBI certified merchant banking professional, he has extensive experience in fund raising and in-depth understanding of capital markets, regulation and compliance.

An alumnus of Delhi Public School, R K Puram, New Delhi, Mr Singhvi holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, a post graduate diploma in Business Studies from the London School of Economics & Political Science, University of London and an MBA with Distinction from the Said Business School & Balliol College, University of Oxford.

Bharat B Mithal, Senior Advisor

Mr Bharat Mithal is a veteran Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with strong inclination and capability to handle regulatory, compliance and legal issues. He is equipped with vibrant corporate experience of over 42 years in variety of industries including Investment Banking. He handles Investors/Analysts meets and is known to visualize fund-raising and business restructuring proposals simultaneously from the perspective of Entrepreneurs & Investors. He handles wide variety of assignments as an independent professional for potential domestic and international clientele. His USP is his passion and personal attention to the assignments that he accepts. He is part of the Board / Advisory Board of several corporate houses and Non Banking Finance Companies. He has been teaching, as a visiting faculty, advanced courses on Strategic Financial Management/ Venture Funding. Stressed Asset Management (including IBC) etc.

Mr Mithal is part of all assignments under SEBI provisions. He is known in the circle for his team building acumen as also for his client handling and service aptitude.

Nisha Sharma, Vice President & Compliance Officer

An Associate member of ICSI and a Commerce graduate from Delhi University, Ms Nisha Sharma has experience of Rights Issues, Open Offers, Corporate Valuations, Corporate Law matters, Due Diligence, Secretarial Matters and other regulatory compliances.

Sanket Garg, Advisor

Mr Sanket Garg has expertise in Corporate Governance, policy formulation & implementation, Business Valuations, Intangible Assets Valuations, Mergers & Acquisitions, due diligence, deal advisory, management reporting, business planning, regulatory compliance, auditing and assurance. He holds a Degree (Chartered Accountancy) from ICAI, New Delhi, an IFRS Diploma from ACCA (UK) and is a Graduate in Commerce from AMU.
