Sobhagya undertakes SEBI-regulated merchant banking activities strictly in accordance with the scope of its registration and applicable SEBI regulations, including Regulation 13A of the SEBI (Merchant Bankers) Regulations, 1992.
Sobhagya may also be engaged in certain activities that are not regulated by SEBI (“Non-SEBI Regulated Activities”). These activities are separate from and independent of SEBI-regulated merchant banking services.
